Your app in the stores.Your repeat work off your desk.I do both.

I have shipped more than twenty apps and run them after launch: support, subscriptions, store reviews. Then I automated the parts that repeat, one workflow at a time, with approval before anything is sent. I do the same two jobs for founders and small teams, and you talk to the person who writes the code.

Bought AIVidly. Co-founded VidNotes with Paweł.

@aaaistudio

I bought AIVidly from him because the app shipped as a real business: subscriptions, analytics, App Store execution, retention loops, all done. I didn't have to fix anything.

We then chose to co-found VidNotes together because, having seen how he ships, I didn't want to launch another AI product without him.

I had an app idea. Paweł turned it into a real business in 4 weeks.

In 4 weeks the entire product was live: AI conversation flows, a subscription paywall with trials, onboarding, analytics, and a full App Store submission handled.

Which one is costing you more?

Most people arrive with one of these two. Start there. The other one can wait.

Apps

Your idea becomes an app that can charge money. One build for iOS and Android, with the paywall and the subscriptions already working, submitted to both stores in four weeks.

  • Sprints from $3,999, store submission in four weeks
  • If I miss the agreed deadline, you get a refund and keep the code
  • Built on the same stack as my own 20+ shipped apps

AI automations

We take the one job that eats your week, map how it really runs, and build a system that prepares it for you. Nothing leaves your company before a person approves it.

  • Free 20 minute fit call to find the right workflow
  • Workflow map from $750, delivered in about a week
  • Your existing tools stay, approvals stay human

About me

I learned this with my own money on the table.

Every launch, support ticket, one star review, and dead product was mine. That is a slower way to learn than a course, and it sticks.

  1. 1

    Before software

I planned chip shipments from China.

I was a purchasing specialist. I bought chips from a supplier in Shenzhen over email and timed planes, trains, and ships so parts reached the factory on the right day. That is where programming and automation started for me, more than ten years ago.

  2. 2

    Since 2018

I learned products by paying for my own mistakes.

More than twenty apps of mine went to the stores. Three sold to new owners. Two I killed, and I wrote down why.

  3. 3

    Now

I build the product, then the system that runs it.

Founders and small teams hire me for one of those two. I do the work, and they talk to me while I do it.

From my channel

I film the work while I do it

The apps, the automations, and the parts that go wrong. You can see how I work before you hire me.

So which one is it?

Tell me about the app, or about the work that keeps coming back. You will get an answer from me, not from a sales page.
